SPORTING ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS
These are the sporting activities that are currently available to members, some are held at the Four Marks Village hall, and some are held at the Four Marks Pavilion:

NEW: Pilates - Starting January '13
Pilates is based upon a series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates which focus on the development of the core postural muscles of the body. The exercises improve your flexibility, control, strength, body alignment and muscular balance.
The classes will be taught by Jane Isaac who holds beginner and intermediate matwork certifications from Power Pilates (US) and is also a Stott® trained matwork and reformer teacher.
Classes will cost £6.00 (payable by Sports & Social Club vouchers) or £7.00 for cash (members or non-members) Class size will be limited to 8 to enable individual attention.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning training and resistance training. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance.
If you would like to try Circuit Training - classes are available every Monday outside the Bernard Benians Pavilion, Four Marks Recreation Ground, Four Marks (20:00 - 21:00)
